Spaces may be rented for one day only by coming to the swap meet on the day of the meet. Daily spaces go on sale at 6:00am at the North ticket booth. Daily sellers must enter the swap meet via the Ramona Avenue entrance. Please check with the State Board of Equalization for rules about selling merchandise at swap meets.

Spaces are $17 EACH, cash only. Spaces will be assigned to you upon arrival, no reservations necessary, and requesting a specific space is not allowed. Vendors may only purchase up to 4 spaces. No more than 4 spaces are allowed per Vendor. All spaces will have the $17 cleaning deposit charged. Example: 2 spaces = $34 deposit, 3 spaces = $51 deposit.
Swap meet spaces may be reserved by the month at the reservation office located in the warehouse building, East of the ticket booths. The reservation office is only open on swap meet days: Wednesday and Friday 6:00am to 11:00am. Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 1:00pm.

In order to reserve a selling space, you must possess a Sales and Tax Permit issued by the State Board of Equalization that shows the address of the Starlight Drive In Swap Meet. The address to the swap meet is 2000 Moreland Ave. SE, Atlanta, GA 30316

YOUR VENDOR SPACE: This Space is Non-Transferable and only good for the Day it is purchased. This must be displayed with your Receipt attached to be valid.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to The Starlight and The Starlight Giant Flea Market because of behaviors past or present or infractions of Seller Rules.

THIS TICKET MUST BE DISPLAYED IN PLAIN VIEW. ONE VEHICLE PER CUSTOMER.

NO FOOD OR DRINK OF ANY TYPE CAN BE SOLD DUE TO STATE OF GEORGIA HEALTH CODES. ONLY FRESH PRODUCE MAY BE SOLD. Sellers selling Food or Drink will be subject to expulsion without a deposit refund and will be asked not to return.

Receipts must be signed by the Starlight Staff and MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE CASHIER BEFORE 3:30 PM OR NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN! ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE STARLIGHT GROUNDS BY 4:00 PM. No receipt, No refund, No exceptions! Your receipt is like a $10 bill!

Each space is approximately 18'x20'. You must provide your own tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Please park your vehicle in your space or in the parking lot so our lanes stay open for any Emergency Vehicles. Large trucks (e.g. U-HAUL STYLE) or vehicles towing trailers must pay for at least TWO spaces.



One Vehicle per Space! No Electricity supplies for Vendors or Customers.

BE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT FOR YOUR SPACE RENTAL AND MAKE SURE IT IS ACCURATE. This is very important.

It is your responsibility to be aware of the threat of rain, excessive wind or storms: NO REFUNDS DUE TO BAD WEATHER.

Deposits: Each seller will pay a $17 refundable cleaning deposit per space. You must leave your space clean and free of trash or unsold merchandise. DO NOT discard items (including empty boxes) next to trash cans or in our dumpster! Doing so will FORFEIT your deposit refund. If you want your $17 back, take your trash with you. Our policy remains: "You bring it in, You take it out". Sellers dumping trash will be subject to expulsion without a deposit refund.

Deposit will be refunded when our Manager, Police Officer or Lot Attendants (usually seen on a golf cart) inspects your space and signs off on your receipt. Take your signed receipt to the cashier and she will issue your deposit refund. Receipts must be signed by the above personnel and must be presented to the cashier BEFORE 3:30 pm or not refund will be given. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE STARLIGHT GROUNDS BY 4:00 PM. No receipt, No refund, No exceptions! Your receipt is like a $17 bill! Don't lose it! reserves the right to expel any seller from the premises for violation of these rules or for general misconduct.

Items not allowed to be sold at the Starlight Drive In Swap Meet, include but are not limited to, the following items: Firearms or ammunition of any kind or related components, BB or pellet guns, martial arts weapons, tapes, tobacco, beverages, canned goods, candy, food, medical preparations, narcotic paraphernalia, birds, fish, animals, mattresses and overstuffed furniture (unless sanitized), counterfeit merchandise, and vehicles.
